KIEV - PARK AVENUE - Ukrainian Republic
A multi purpose high density project on the high ground overlooking the center of the city of Kiev.
The project consists of high rise towers containing 1300 dwelling nits, sports and fitness centers, commercial and office space and a huge landscaped park built over self contained underground parking.

LONDON PLAZA - Tel Aviv, Israel
An urban plaza by the sea in the dense heart of this Mediterranean city. The plaza built atop an underground parking structure, uses local Mediterranean seaside plant and stone materials. The design is a modern stylized metaphor of rolling waves and ships tossed about in the rough sea - a memorial to the boat people who arrived in Israel from the European Holocaust in the 1940's.
